VETO for either sectors is a three-day workshop (South Africa) or a 2 day workshop in developed countries due to better public transport and participants' ability to attend for longer ours. The programme based on the the ILO/ICN/WHO/PSI Framework Guidelines to address workplace violence in the health sector had been adjusted for the corporate and service sectors too. The programs cover the following focus areas in the process:
